Q: Are your pieces handmade?
A: Yes! Every item is hand-knitted or crocheted with love and care. We follow slow fashion principles, so nothing is mass-produced—each piece is made thoughtfully.
Q: How long do pre-orders take? A: Pre-orders usually take 2–4 weeks to make and ship, as each item is made to order.
Q: Can I customise my order? A: Some pieces can be customised. If you’d like one, fill out our Custom Order Form and we’ll get back to you
Q: What size should I choose? A: Each product page includes a size guide. If you’re still unsure, send us a message and we’ll help you decide.
Q: Do you ship internationally?A: Yes! We ship worldwide.
Q: Where are orders shipped from? A: All orders are sent from our local UK post office.
Q: How are UK orders shipped?A: We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries.
Q: How long will delivery take?A: Once shipped, delivery times are:
• UK: 1–3 working days
• International: 5–10 working days (estimated)
Q: Will I get tracking information? A: Yes! You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Q: What if my order is late or hasn’t arrived? A: Contact us with your order number, and we’ll help track it and fix the problem.
Q: How do I wash my pieces? A: Hand wash gently in cold water. Do not wring, bleach, or tumble dry. Reshape and lay flat to dry.
Q: Will my crochet piece stretch over time? A: Natural fibres may loosen a little with wear, but proper care will help keep their shape.
